The Bedroom

French Elegance
meets California casual

An interior designer's 1920s gem directly across from Dolores Park. This combined two-unit residence on the first floor offers a rare, completely private experience in the heart of the Mission — no shared walls, your own entrance, and a secret garden that feels worlds away from the city.

Every corner has been curated with intention: global antiques collected over decades, a 100-year-old Armenian rug, important Argentine art, and furnishings that tell stories. Matouk linens dress the bed, Aesop fills the bathrooms, and a fully integrated Sonos system fills every room with sound.

Dolores Park — Steps from Your Door

DeLonghi espresso station with brass hardware and blue cabinets

The Kitchen

Dark olive cabinetry with brass hardware frames a kitchen built for those who love to cook — and those who love great coffee. The DeLonghi Magnifico Evo espresso machine is fully automatic: power on, select your drink, and let it work its magic.

All-Clad cookware, a COSORI Dual Blaze air fryer, butcher block island, and a curated collection of cookbooks — from Bordeaux to Maida Heatter — make this a kitchen you'll want to spend time in.

Curated workspace with vintage desk and gallery wall of album covers

The Office

A curated workspace that doubles as a second sleeping area. The gallery wall of vintage album covers — from the owner's personal collection — creates an atmosphere that's equal parts productive and inspiring. A monitor is ready for those who need to work remotely.

The bookshelves are stocked with titles from Flow to Good to Great — feel free to borrow one for the park. The records aren't just for show: the Sonos system fills the room with sound.

Private backyard with string lights, fire pit, and lush plantings

The Private Garden

Your own oasis in the city. A completely private backyard — rare in San Francisco — with dining for eight, a propane fire pit that doubles as a fountain, and vintage rattan furniture nestled among lush plantings.

On warm evenings, light the fire pit, pour a glass of wine, and watch the stars appear above the garden walls. It's the kind of space that makes you forget you're in a city of 800,000.

Perfect for a
Young Family

The office connects to the master bedroom and bathroom through a private hallway — making it the ideal nursery or toddler room. Close enough to hear every sound, private enough for nap time.

Dolores Park's playground is steps from the front door. Bi-Rite Market is a block away for anything you forgot. And the private backyard is a safe, enclosed space for little ones to explore while you enjoy your morning espresso.
